We will make an appointment to visit you and go over the route by car and check the mileage. This is to allow time for prompt arrival on the day and to check for any complications (such as steep hills or excessive distance).

For local weddings we can usually confirm bookings straight away due to knowledge of the area.

If you wish to book the carriage as a surprise, please mention this when telephoning. If any you have special requirements to make your day complete i.e. colour of ribbons and bows, please let us know.
